He is an awesome person who is very caring and cooperative. The beds are clean and warm, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel staff is very generous and provides excellent service.

The hotel's location was perfect for our romantic escape. Being situated in a key and centralized area made it easy for us to explore the city and get around. The hotel also offered modern amenities that made our stay more convenient and enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the beautiful view from our room of the bustling city.

While we appreciated the hotel's amenities and location, we found that the maintenance of the facilities was not up to par. There were issues with the water flow system in the bathroom that needs attention.

I also enjoyed the complimentary facilities like Wi-Fi, toiletries, and efficient lift facility.

The only negative aspect was the absence of an intercom facility in the rooms for calling reception.

Location of the hotel is great. It is situated close to the bus and metro stations which makes it very convenient. the beds were comfortable and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. They have a nice restaurant which serves good food.

There were some major drawbacks that made the stay uncomfortable. the room was quite small and there was no place to store the luggage.
